I need to find chocolate brown shoes for my BMs. One of them is really tall and their dresses are tea length so they all agreed they would wear the same shoes. Short shoes. So I am looking for a pump/sandal type deal with a small/kitten heel (1.5 inches or less). I know I could go the dyeable route but I am trying to save them some money. If anyone has any suggestions I would appreciate it. Already checked: Amazon Zappos Shoebuy Endless Overstock ETA: under $50 would be great!

i actually saw brown shoes at estelle's ( i want my girls to wear brown too). but some of the 'wedding shoe' places have some pretty brown shoes. are they all local? maybe you can go together to a store and have them order all the same together?

No I have 3 from out of state. I am willing to go and get the shoes, or have them order them online/over the phone. I also checked out sandys in Massapequa. They had a low dyeable show but it was about $60. All the brown shoes they had were 2 inches or more. I may run by Estelle's though. Thanks for the suggestion.

i know this may sound weird, but try payless...they have the lela rose collection dyeables for 44.99 and you can use a coupone...i got some for like 35.00 and when they come in ill let you know!

I was actually gonna ask about this. I had heard they had dyeables. Where did you get the coupon? Is the fee for dyeing them included?

this is totally JMO but i got payless shoes for a wedding and i thought my ankles were going to break. but that is just me. if you were going to go this route, see if the girls can go to their local payless and try them on.

I just looked online and they actually have a kitten heel. I am gonna go to Payless on my way home today and check them out. I'd then have each girl go to their local store and pick them up/try them on.
