I need some advice~ Long Vent Sorry

My sister and I have always had a pretty volatile relationship due to a lot of things that have happened in the past with that being said we went dress shopping the other day for her dress. She is my MOH and my best friend is my Matron OH (my sister was really annoyed by this). We went to the first dress place and my sister tried on a few dresses and said she liked the same one I picked. On SAturday we went to another place and she found a dress that would look only good on her (she is really tiny). I said she could wear it but I was not super excited about it. I emailed my bridal party both pics and they liked the first one better. When I told this to my sister and my mom they were so angry that my friends told me they hated the second dress. We got into a big fight and we haven't talked in 2 days. My sister decided to email my entire bridal party including my JrBM and flowergirl (2 of my students families) that they were being selfish and should wear what ever I tell them... Needless to say I was HORRIFIED!!! I cannot stop apologizing to my BP.

I cannot even talk to my BP right now I have no idea what to say.

Any advice???

so sorry to hear you are going through this. You should make it clear to your mother and sister that it is YOUR wedding she agreed to be part of and if she doesn't wear the dress YOU want her to wear, she doesn't have to be apart of your wedding. That simple (not really, but you can tell her it is). You should also make it clear that she should not contact anyone in your BP anymore since some people were offended. JMO

I'm completely agree with Nina!

When people agree to be MOH & BM, they KNOW that you are going to choose their dress for that day. She should not complain and complain, nor should anyone be contacting your BP (especially children!) and saying such things.
