I need some good advice about my cape...PLEASE!!!! Updated...the cape ladies mom is dying..I feel HORRIBLE!!!!

I am havinga january wedding..so I was so excited about buying a cape to go over my dress. I had priced them and then found a lady on ebay who makes them to your likeing, whtever material you want, color, etc..great..so I was so excited and bought one. At first she was great with aksing my size, for a swatch, a picture of my dress, then nothing..she had told me it would be three weeks for her to make it..so I gave her much longer....I would periodically send an email just to check in and she rarely responded..finally sent her an email asking about the cape..she is very bad with communicating..she sent me apicture and said it would ship out the next day. Its two weeks later and still nothing..she is in New york.so two weeks is plenty.she doesnt return any of my emails....she just completely ingnores them..I even emailed her asking if she needed more time..i told her that was fine just to let me know...its now been THREE months since I ordered it..Im getting really mad!! Should I report her through ebay..or am I just being anxious and jumping to conclusions..Ive already paid for this..almost 200 bucks..so I dont know what to do....please help me with advice!! I finally received an email back from I guess her coworker and she said the lady making my cape is in Italy, her mom is dying. Now I feel AWFUL!!! Im complaining about a stupid cape and someone is losing their mom.
I apologoized and told them that someone should have told me thats all..they should have responded to my emails, but I apologized over and over. I feel liek SHIT right now.
