I need some motivation!! - aka: Lisa's log

Just had grilled cheese for lunch and now I'm munching on pringles.

I'm supposed to be exercising and unpacking...

I can have chocolate in front of me all day long and not eat it, but I'm a s-u-c-k-e-r for chips.

Just think of the results you'll have! have a few- not the whole thing (that's what I do)

Re: I need some motivation!!

I didn't just eat them all at once - got them at the airport yesterday. Shared some with my sisters, had some on the plane, and then finished them off today.

So at least they're gone now.

I have it going for me that I can't eat alot at once. So I find myself eating a little throughout the day. I just need to pick better things to eat (and get my butt of this couch and computer).

My goal is to tone up and lose 10-15 pounds (though toning and strengthening are more important than the weight). I want to start exercising at least 3 times a day. Al and I agreed that at least one day each weekend would involve some athletic activity - this week is snowboarding in Tahoe.

Lisa, my mom is a WW lady and has lost 35 lbs! She eats the low fat (maybe they are fat free) Pringles ALL THE TIME. If you stick with the serving size, you can definitely still enjoy them. I don't know how many points they are, but it must not be too much, because seriously she is always carrying them aroung with her

Re: I need some motivation!!

woo hoo - I just did my 20 minutes of flexing and firming pilates tape!

and I have my pottery class tonight which is great for the arms (the wheel works the triceps and wedging the clay works forearms)

reprint from Sage's log, since it really belongs here.
