I need some pictures of dresses...looking to get a dress with some sleeves

want a totally different dress this time around

the strapless looks horrible on me

There are a lot of dresses that come with an optional cap sleeve, or most alterations departments can find a way to add a cap sleeve, or work with you to find a bolero to attach. The one thing I realized about dress shopping, is that anything you look at a picture of will not necessarily look the same on your body. I highly suggest getting out there, trying things on, and talking to alterations if the dress is your next step. You'll be surprised what alterations can do! Good luck!

so many places can add a cap sleeve on.. dont give up on strapless if you dont like the look if you love the dress make sure they can put cap sleeves or put straps on it.. almost all places can do that!!

with my dress they are actually putting removable cap sleeves on it. So for the cermony I'm going to have the cap sleeves and the reception I'm taking them off

Just do a Google Images search for 'bridal gown sleeves' -- a million photos pop up that should help give you some ideas. Hopefully since the royal wedding, designers will be making more dresses with sleeves this year! But all the ladies are right -- a good alterations person can add them to most dresses for you if you decide to create your own.

My dress was by Jasmine. If you look on their website, they have a section where they will customize any of their gowns to your request.
