HR in New Jersey....I had one person that called me and said I was perfect for what they were looking for ....and it was 15 min from my house...but the salary was $10k less than what I make now. I can't take that much of a pay cut....$5k yes bc I will save $ on my train pass and lunch etc. But $10k is too much of a cut. So now I'm depressed.
