I need to fast NOW

My good friend told me some advice and i think it realy makes sense.

I joined personal training, and i am working out, but i am not going to drastically change my diet, or not eat the foods that i love, because when i start eating again, i will gain that weight back, so i am going to eat smarter but still indulge and work my butt off in the gym.

My friend told me, that i dont want to look back at my weddings pics and be sooo skinny, and wish that i still looked like that. She is right, i want to look healthy and happy, and not starve myself from now until june, just to gain it back and look at those pics and be like wow that s u c k s i was sooo thin

WELL a little over 2 years ago i lost 35 pounds, so ive been eating healthy since then so i dont gain the weight back...here and there ill indulge but not much so no indulging now lol. I had been thin growing up, got on BC and gained 35 pounds and then lost it. Even after the wedding i unfortunately will have to watch what i eat and still work out. I kid around with the eating bc honestly its hard to eat healthier than i already do

BTW...you don't need to fast..you'd probably look great even if they put u in a sack

I agree 100% on the exercise. I manage a physical therapy clinic and we also offer a full gym/fitness center. If I would only commit to having any one of our trainers work with me. I am so bad at sticking to a workout and the last thing I want to do is change and stay after working the entire day I try to workout 3x a week. I come in early and do it before I start my day. I need to up that to 5X a week and be serious

thats what i want, to really up it right now. But its like almost everyday we have something to do. Go look at apartments, do wedding things and so on. Its so annoying

yeah it will be fine bc they ordered one size bigger to fit my boobs lol but the waist part needs to be taken in

As a side note, there are way worse things to need a larger size dress for than big boobs.

go to the doctor right away i had to wait thru the weekend to go and it was so bad. she put me on meds and i am finally starting to feel better!!
