I need to fast NOW

I called kleinfelds because my house number is changed so i was afraid thats the number i gave them. So called to update my info and also asked if they knew when it was coming in and they said its due to come in a week and a half, now im panicking

Leslie-we might have our first fittings at the same time

going to eat extremely healthy, which i have been for the most part and work out even more

i know what you mean. i feel like i want to lose 5 more lbs before my fittings and i just cant.... have to start going to the gym hard core but after spraining my ankle in jan it still hurts so it's hard for me to run or do anything - even the stupid elliptical hurts.

i try mine on saturday and they ordered me a next bigger size b/c of my big fat hips so it should fit, but i still want to lose 5 lbs.

where's that motivation thread?? maybe trying on our dress and seeing it will motivate us all!

yeah just got it today...FH woke up yesterday morning saying he didnt feel great and by the time he came home from work he had a fever and so sick. I woke up today with the flu, talk about a fast acting flu

awww i am so sorry that S*CKS, maybe do strength training focusing on abs and arms only. See i have a bad knee, two torn ligaments and i cant put alot of pressure on my knees so i always have to do this. My mom did a cleansing for 2 weeks, but it is SOOOO strict, i dont know if i can lol, its extreme haha. But everybody who did it lost alot of weight

i also cant work out as many days as i'd like bc we have so many appts after work

no, i just need to work out alot, and i mean every single day or 6 days a week...ive never been able to fast, or do a crash diet...when i need to lose i work out alot more

my friend swears by that. i dont normally go for it b/c i think it's a quick fix but i might need it now. hit a total wall.

so what do you do for cardio if you have bad knees? does spinning bother them too? I was trying to figure that out after running 2 1/2 marathons my knee was totally F'ed up and i needed some new options.

feel better! seriously everyone is sick. i've been taking zinc nearly every day.

mostly do strength...i do pilates which has some cardio and then will do kick boxing but i have to be careful with my right knee and do the alternate option they give to do it.
