I need to vent!

I called Burton Bridal, which is where I ordered my BM dresses from and my FG dress from. SO I called them today to see the status of my dresses. AND to my surprise my FG dress had come in and I NEVER got a call saying it came in. So I asked the woman if I could come see the dress she said the dresses are put in storage and if I want to come see the dress I have to pay the balance on it.
Then I asked the woman to please make sure I get a call when my BM dresses come in, her reply to me was we have been very busy and we'll do the best we can to call you!!
I am upset do you think am I overreacting?

I was told that if I want to try on my dress when it came in, I would have to pay the balance. Which I am doing on Thursday, since my dress came in three days ago. As for the other part, I was in a wedding in '04 and they called me when my dress came in and scheduled fittings etc right away (even though the appointment was for @ a month later). Maybe whoever you talked to was having a bad day?? I have never had anyone there be rude.
