I need to VENT...sorry

I'm upset. I ordered my engagement annoucements so long ago. The company who i used suckssssssss and im pissed. Not only did her printer suck and she printed the address horrible, she printed the WRONG return address.
Not me and FH's

So after calling 20 places i found a place who can print on the metallic envelopes. but the lady is taking forever to get me the blank envelopes.

She promised me i would have them last week, still nothing today tuesday. Ugh im so annoyed cause after i go drive to her to pick them up i have to give them to the new place i am using to print them.

I will never use her again, she screwed up big time and lost a client, cause i need e-party invites, wedding invites shower invites. etc. thank you cards as well. I wont blast her here, but if u want to know who this idiot is please FM me.

Can you get a refund and go out to Michaels etc. and buy them yourself to get the job done?

Im using a line called envelopments, they do the pocketfolds as well.
I only paid her for the annoucements, not the envelopes yet. i owe her money for them.

The new place im taking them is matching her price for printing.

i thought going with a company would make my life easier but its caused more stress
