I need to vent...UH Some people are so inconciderate

I am suppose to leave Friday and come back Saturday for a sorority thing. I am an active alum and there is a brand new chapter opening in NJ and this weekend is initiation and they have asked us to help out. I said sure no problem would love to be there (as I know there are alums who live near me and I can car pool with them)

well just now I got this email

Hello ladies. Do either of you mind driving to stockton for initiation? So far we have 3 in one car, they're coming home friday night. Colleen can take 3 ppl but she might have 2 already. then it's just the 2 of you and me and lana. if you wouldn't mind driving, I don't have to rent a car b/c lana's car won't make it, and my car is already over the mileage. Let me know what you want to do. We will be meeting at my house at 1:00 on Friday. Can't wait to see you girls!!

I know the other girl will NOT drive. Kidding me she hates driving to Queens let alone having her go to NJ.

I told her I am sorry I cant drive, Brian needs the car for work and how do you want me to get to your house at 1??? There are 2 girls that live 5 minutes from me in Queens, how do you want me to get to your house in LONG ISLAND and travel with you when I can carpool with the girls in Queens??

I am starting to change my mind about this thing for Friday.

I also think this girl purposly put me and the other girl with her because she is the 'unengaged one' (me, and the other 2 girls are all recently engaged) who is mad at me because I didnt ask her to be a BM but asked another sister, and the who is trying to plan my wedding but finally got a hint.

I was just curious. I once was asked to help with a new chapter here in VA but wasn't able to do it at the last minute. I'm not nearly as involved as you are, though. I am a bad pansy. LOL

LOL I wasnt going to go at first, but 2 other girls that I know just got engaged (one in December and one in January) so its definatly wedding talk the whole car ride.
