get Zycam at any drug store (cvs, wallgreens). it comes in a nose spray, mouth spray and mouth tab. you take it every 4 hrs at the first sign of a cold. oh and defiantely gargle w/warm salt water. its nasty but it works.
If you get Zycam don't get the nose one. It has been known to damage the nasal cavity.
