My fiance and I went to Commack Wedding Center today. While the man (owner) was pretty annoying, (He kept saying how wonderful they were and how they were so much less expensive than anyone else) I was quite impressed with the price of their package. For what they quoted us (6599 for video, digital photography, favors, invitations, flowers, limos, tuxedos, rings and a few other extras) you really can't beat them.
I just wanted to know if any future or past brides have used them and what they though about them. Does their quality match their price? Do they come through with everything they promise?
Anyway what are your thoughts?

hmm don't know.. but that is an AMAZING price..
I head they were better than THe Wedding Center. Put a Search in for them.

a lot of girls here, from what i've read... didnt and dont have good experiences with them.... they might give you good prices.. but i haven't heard anything nice about them other then their price... just do your research before booking.. check out wedding center.. they get better reviews then wedding world.

I had the same experience there...the owner kept me for like 15 minutes...wouldnt shut up about how amazing they were, how I should buy everything from them, etc. I have read some pretty awful reviews of them on here.

That price sounds very good for all of whats included. It almost sounds too good to be true Hopefully you can get some background in time to make your decision. I have never heard anyone say they used them. If I do in the future I'll let you know!

I do not think its worth it from what I read but i do not have an exact recall exactly on what i have read. i just did some math for you
i booked DUET's smallest package for 3150 for video and photo cd - no album - we are making our own for around 150 on kodak.com
favors we are likely doing Godiva bars $350
invites from party city - around $300
flowers from burtons (bridal party 10 /10 tables) 1305
Legend Limos 1 pick up drop off - 180
tuxes - the bridal party pays themselves and groom is usually free at a lot of places and even if not its not that expensive from what i hear??
rings- go tri county for simple white or yellow gold bands -price around the different booths u will get a good price.
my total for the above is 5,435 without tuxes and rings ..
Its should be about the same! and by separate venders your wedding is not in the hands of one company, if that makes sense? if one vender makes a mistake the rest are doing good kinda thing.
PS - PRICES CHANGE EVERY YEAR - BUT THE ABOVE IS JUST TO GIVE YOU AN IDEA.

I heard that they start low and that hit you for many extras. See what is included. I know you have to wait a year to get the original disc.

I have never used them or known anyone that used them but I have heard horror stories. Just look in to them. Look into the BBB and see what you find. Some times you get what you pay for.

I think the idea of getting everything in one place seems a little fishy. I feel like you find better vendors separately. Good luck!

I am using the weding center.....and a friend of mine used them 2 years ago...the photographer was great.......but u do have to wait a year and $99 for your rights to the cd's of your pics. I had to go there a few times.ask a million question before I really understood their packages.it's set up to confuse u........it not a bad deal and the dj, phot, video isn't bad.but the favors are cliche.......the rings.you ont get 200 toward .....and no ring cost $200...........the deal isn't has sweet as it seems.but I was already tangled up .....if u can look around some more.....do it...........

I got my gown and my invitations from them, but I would be careful about using them for photo and video only because I've heard some bad things about them. I didn't really have any problems with them except that their customer service wasn't always that great.

Usually a package includes the bare minimum of everything.And then if you're in contract to up grade they charge you a lot.
