I am trying to decide on presents for my bridesmaids. What do you girls think of this necklace? Since I am getting married on Valentines day I thought it woud be something special. Please be honest. Do you think it will look good? Do you think the girls will like it? It is Swarovski.
I like it - it ties right in with your theme and think they will def wear again so why not?

I love it! It goes with your theme plus it's gorgeous! My sister gave us crystal heart Swavorski necklaces for being in her BP and I still wear it ALL THE TIME!

I love how it goes so well with the BM dress, plus the red color against the black and white theme and the fact that its V-Day works so beautifully bottom line - I like it!

I am not sure if it goes with the dress being it is a halter top. but that is just my opinion

See that is what I am afraid of. Because of the halter will it look weird. I was hoping because the dress goes down in a v it would lay right. But I am not sure.

I don't want to be mean but I don't think that it really goes with the dress. It seems kinda casual. It's a really cute necklace and a nice gift but I don't think that they should have to wear it the day of.

with that dress picked for them i would just give them so really pretty chandelier earrings and be done some chandelier earrings come in a sort of heart shape...the halter may be a little difficult to get a necklace for depending on everyone's chest size and what not. JMO

Hmmm, I def like the necklace and I def like the dress. I'm trying to visualize what it would look like toghether; I THINK it would look very nice, but I'm not positive.

I just want to be honest, i hope i dont hurt your feelings, i dont like it that much however i think it might not be bad with some casual clothes but i dont think it matches the dress. as far as just giving as a gift and them not wearing it with the dress, i know that swarovski is expensive and for what that most likely is, i think you might be able to get something a little different that is wearable for many different situations.

The problem also comes in that 1. not all my girls have pierced ears and 2. my junior bridesmaid has autism. I know she will wear a necklace if the big girls wear it. You are right though that if the girls are more well endowed it might not lay right.

I appreciate the honesty!! The truth is the people I would normally ask about these things I can't well because I want it to be a surprise. So I am turning to you girls because I do not know whats best. Thanks for being honest!

oooo not everyone has pierced ears huh......well there are always clip ons? just trying to be helpful...oooo or a more choker like necklace...not so much a tight choker but more like this
sorry that necklace and earring set was from annabellagio.com they have a lot of great stuff on there. check it out its all pretty reasonably priced. hope this helps

Thanks girls for all your opinions. FH asked me what I was doing and I told him I was posting about the necklace I wanted to get the girls. So he says to me let me photoshop it on. It looked horrible!! I am so happy I asked everyones opinions before I did it. I think I might do a pretty bracelet and earings.

I don't think the necklace matchs the dress at all. I'm sorry. =/ The necklace is very pretty though but seems like something you would wear with something casual not an elegant gown. Just my honest opinion.

i love the necklace.. but i think with a halter you need something a lil more delicate..

I agree with this. Someone else said something about just really nice earrings...I think that sounds more like it'll go with the dress.
