I WENT TO LOOK AT THE ATLANTICA THIS WEEKEND AND I HAVE MIXED FEELINGS.I LOVE THE AREA FOR THE CEREMONY!, THAT IS EXACTLY WHAT I AM LOOKING FOR (THE OUTDOORS STYLE). BUT THE RECEPTION AREA LOOKED ALITTLE SMALL, THE CHAIRS LOOKED SMALL AND WHEN I SAT DOWN, THEY DIDNT FEEL TOO COMFY, BUT I DO LOVE THE CHAIR COVERS THEY LOOK SO PRETTY. AND THE MENU LOOKED JUST O.K. FOR THE PRICE THEY WANT PER PERSON I DIDNT FEEL SATISFIED WITH WHAT I WAS SEEING. BUT I LOVE LOVE LOVE THE CEREMONY AREA, AND I HAVENT SEEN A PLACE YET THAT I REALLY LIKE THE CEREMONY AREA. SO I NEED HELP, IF YOU HAVE BEEN THERE PLEASE LET ME KNOW WHAT YOU THINK, IF I DONT PICK THIS PLACE, IT IS GOING TO BE CHEATU LA MER.

might want to try crescent beach club in bayville if you want a nice place on the water
or land's end

I know you said it would be CLM, if not the atlantica, but have you considered Giorgio's? They have a beautiful ceremony space! Here's some pictures from Dec that Kdrainey took. It's so much prettier in spring/summer

There are a few detailed reviews on here about Atlantica - you could read them and get a better idea of food and stuff - and then direct specific questions via FM to the Atlantica Brides. Good Luck!

I wrote this in response to a similar query on a previous thread, but I think it it's still relevant:
Atlantica is stunning. It was, for us, the ideal for quite a while...until we actually sat down and loked at what they are giving you for $120 a person. The food sounds like it will be amazing, but there's really not a lot of it included in the basic package. If you want to have more than one station at your cocktail hour, an appetizer AND a salad with the main meal, or some kind of dessert in addition to the cake, then you will have to upgrade. It is a glorious backdrop, but just remember to figure in whatever menu enhancements you might want before calculating the price.
Crescent seemed to offer a lot more food, and also a lot more beach! And, although it is an admittedly biased recommendation, Lands End also offers a beach, incredible water views and great food selections.
Good luck with your search! No matter which you pick, it's bound to be a beautiful wedding--waterfront ceremonies are the best, and all of these places are just gorgeous!

I had the same concerns when I visited Atlantica. I think the ballroom may get tight if you have more than 180-200 guests. If you are looking for a really big wedding, this might not be the place. I do think that you are getting food and service much above the rest, though. We went back to meet with them 2 or 3 times before we made a decision and each time they were willing to work w/ us (adding a salad, lowering the pp price slightly). It is still very expensive but I think in the end you will get your money's worth. But...if it's not in your budget, there are other places that are nice.

Try Lands End - BEAUTIFUL grounds and great food. - Also, the Crescent Beach Club in Bayville is right on the beach......... I was disappointed w/ Atalntica.
