I need your opinionupdated with pic in album

***********First off, I will not make you a cake. There are great vendors who come reccomended by LIW on this site so if you are interested in a cake, please ask them not me. ***************

ok, to the question. As some may remeber, I am making the cake for my friends' engagement party Sat. Well.. the guest list went from 40-80 so the idea in my head went out the window.
I have made an album with some ideas, (their wedding will be on the beach, hence the theme) Some will be bigger, and some small, but which do you think is nicer? Please be honest.

If you hate them all, thats ok, do you have any other beachy ideas?

I know you said it was wedding-y with the tiers, but this is what i ended up with. Thanks for all the help!... Cant post but its in the album of what to make.... thanks again

I like the 5th one the most! (The one with the edible sand...at least I hope it's edible, heehee! What do you use for that?)

i really love the 2nd one. with all the fancy coral & like navy blue ribbon on it.

either graham cracker crumbs or brown sugar....

brown sugar looks nicer, but has more of a kick if you eat than GC crumbs

I love the second one and the fourth one but they all feel a little too wedding-y for me. What was your original idea? Could you just do the original one and then have sheet cake for the rest of the guests? They don't have to know they're eating sheet cake lol

Love the 3rd one. They are all gorgeous!!! To make it less wedding-y would be to make it just a sheet cake.....with all of the tiers to looks like a wedding cake

80 people is hard for a sheet cake... plus, thats you can buy at a costco or something. I def want to do the tiers... its is bad if it looks wedding-y?

I LOVE the second and fifth one but I would definitely go with the fifth! It's the least formal, weddingy of all of them and I think maybe you should leave the flower off the top and put more of the chocolates or something as the topper so it makes it even more casual!

PS. You are so talented can you please make a cake for me?!!?!?!

I LOVE all of them. The only thing I don't like is the flowers on top of cake #5. I think #2 is my favorite because it includes some color and I like the coral.
