I NEEDED TO VENT...

Why is it that people are so quick to tear down things you may like/want for your wedding from pictures, ideas, favors, fun things you want/like, and automatically consider them a waste of time or money? I don't understand it. They aren't paying for it..so why do they care? Sure they may have had theirs or been to a few where they felt things were over the top..but everyone has their own taste, needs and desires and can and should be able to do whatever they want!! I'm just sick of this sh** already!!! I've been hearing this from a few people who have ASKED and I made the mistake of TELLING and then they put their 2 cents in! UGH!! THEN DON'T ASK!!
Kind of late now..but I'll just keep sh** to myself for the next 23 days!!!!

i know what you mean, thankfully its only a select few who do this to me so i don't tell them anything, i also love the people that insist you have to do certain things you have no intention of doing, i feel like telling them mind your business

Uh hello did you just realize this keep it to yourself i know it is easier said than done... but i swear some people just don't get it... are they paying ...no then shut the &^%$ up.... oops did i just say that!

It is easier said than done, especially when you want nothing more than to share with others (close friends) what you are planning because you feel like you are going to explode from the excitement. It just ***** that people (close friends and strangers) are so quick to attempt to kill your happiness.

omg...i feel your pain. i had people telling me where to shop for this and what to do for that...enough already....i planned an awesome wedding and still get compliments to this day. DH has even offered my money-saving capabilities to engaged couples! i managed to 'have it all' and keep a very tight budget...by the time i did splurge on some things, it didn't matter b/c i had kept it all fairly inexpensive.

some people just have big traps. you need bigger hands, for this--->
