I was running out the door when FRED was rolling around this morning.

She is really smart too, it actually really shocks us sometimes. I really like this breed, I am surprised that people don't realize what a great breed beagles are.
She will be ok in the car if we give her dramamine (baby kind) and she can sit in my lap, then she will relax enough to sleep.
He will adjust to the new place, he probably doesn't feel like it is his territory yet. We moved with Maggie, but we only had her for a little over a month. Although she had to learn how to go up and down stairs when we moved (we moved from an apartment to a house)
Weird question-do you let Fred sleep with you and DH? Does he get up by himself during hte night? She doesn't, she gets to nervous to and I wondered if that is weird.

Fred used to sleep with us every night BUT when we were on our honeymoon he slept in his crate no problems. When we got home I was sleeping at DH's parents' house bc he had AC in his room and I didnt. ANyway long story short, he just got used to sleeping in the crate so now he sleeps down there thank G-d bc he would take up the whole bed. SOmetimes he wakes up real really in the am to go out and then Ill bring him in the bed with us though.

Ok...I just saw the album of Fred pictures and almost died laughing. It was soooo funny!!
She loves to sleep with us and now that she isn't so tiny I am not so afraid of DH rolling over on her.
How old was Fred when you got him?
