on here or write a bad review but.... i just went to Fantasy Land in Patchogue to look for Save the Dates and Invitations and they were so rude and not helpful... i left and ordered STD somewhere else!!!!!
It makes such a difference when peopel go out of their way to be nice and helpful

OMG aren't you telling the truth...my MOH highly recommended them and we drove out there what a waste...rude would be describing them nicely...they do not let you buy samples...and they don't have catalogs....I ended up at Wrap With Us in Syosset and fell in love...they're open to the public only on Thurs, Fri, and Sat 10-6 and they are cheap you can shop in person or online...the staff is so nice and they're much closer to me

well....they had tons of books but the lady gave us a sheet of paper with the names of books and some pages with STD's... and walked away how rude...thanks for so much help!!!!!!!!!

Good customer service really is everything.
I'm glad you left!! The people that put up with that kind of crap from the beginning, and then complain later that the service is awful...well, they didn't read the 'signs' so well.
It takes me about 2 minutes to know whether or not I will work with an establishment. My FH calls me a 'service snob' but I give incredibly genuine, friendly customer service all day long, and will only work with people who do the same!

I went there on a Saturday several months ago. There were probably 5 or 6 couples/groups of people there looking and only one lady in that area to help!
