I never thought this would bother me...

but...someone just told me what they plan to where to my e-party and it waaaaay more dressy than what I am wearing.

The party starts at noon! So it's should be pretty causal, right?

Why would someone wear something so dressy for a party at noon???

Tell them it's not that kind of party and describe what you're wearing. Hopefully they change their outfit!

my e-party started at 1pm and i had about half the people come in suits / dresses (nothing overly fancy) and the other half in jeans.

i agree that you should tel them it's a casual thing an dthey don't need to dress so fancy (though they could if they want to)
