Typing hurts lol! I just did the first workout and I am in ok shape to begin with (do cardio 2-3 times a week)...it kicked my butt!

i got it from netflix. for the forst workout, you need enough room to do jumping jack and push ups (which killed me). my upper body strength *****. lol

Just found it on Amazon for 10!! Niiice! That's better then spending 30 a month at the gym...which i was JUST going to sign up for.. LOL>... do you need do buy them seperatly or do they come all together..? I want to buy it now, but I want to make sure exactly what I am buying first! LOL.

However, I am down 1/2 an inch in my legs!!!!!!!!!! 2 lbs too! So awesome...my pants look like garbage bags i didnt realize how much 1/2 inch is!
