I ordered BELLS.

I want to make this for the wedding I'm getting 200 silver bells from Oriental Trading for $8.99.
Any goods sites for ribbon and vellum paper?

That ribbon is so thin.... you can get it for like less than a dollar a roll at a craft store and they definitely have velum too! Ooooohhh... and there's some sort of teacher/educator discount going on at Michael's this week... look online to see.
