I ordered my dress - 06 repost!

My mother and I went to Kleinfeld's this weeknd. I can't believe I actually ordered it! I thought it would take forever to make up my mind, but then I found exactly what I was looking for - a strapless dress (it has straps, I'm making is strapless), sweetheart top, pick-ups on the bottom, ivory color .... it's perfect!

It's a Henry Roth. I had to try on a size 10 so it's huge since I ordered it in a 4 with lots of alterations. I even got my head piece, veil and earing to match. The pick-ups on the bottom part of my dress have tear drop shaped crystals at the gathering. I got identical earings to match. Kleinfield's is custom making them for me.

Henry Roth is the designer, who does Style Court and the red carpet with Joan & Melissa Rivers. His sister Michelle designs bridal gowns and so does his mother Aneta Weinreich. He design couture dresses that are affordable (finally someone with the budget bride in mind) I love love love it!

The service at Kleinfeld's was great. I was there on Saturday which was the last day the Brooklyn location was going to be opened. The place is huge and they have an awesome selection of dresses. I worked with Lea, who is amazing. She got me exactly what I wanted and in my price range. I spend just a tiny bit over $3K for my dress, veil, alterations, earings and headpiece. She totally stuck to my budget and I LOVE my dress!
