I over ate this weekend

OMG i couldn't help myself... please tell me i'm not the only one who did that.

I'm restarting the diet tomorrow.

MEEE!! This was a tough weekend. FMIL's bday was the 3rd, then we went to bbq on the 4th. Then yesterday was my bday so another bbq and then we just had dinner and cake tonight.

Nope, ur not the only one. I tend to do that on weekends. It's easier for me to be good during the week, so I feel like I can splurge on the weekends.

yeah, me too! I ate so much.

But, FH and I also got some great exercise in this week. We went for a 25 mile bike ride the other day and a much shorter one today. it was fun!
