why why why did i do this i am sitting here at work (not doing much work because i am not typing in CAPS )i went to the farmers almanac to check weather for my date....and this is what it said 20th-23rd. Dangerous thunderstorms, possible hail, high winds, a tornado or two across New England. Big thunderstorms Mid-Atlantic States. oh no why did i do this....now i need to swallow my own words of wisdom deep into my soul....'have faith girl....pray and the rains will go away and the sun shall shine bright and bright'

You're in a wrong AREA girl. I have almanac book in front of me and NY is part of Altantic Corridor Area...so for june 22 to 26, it will be sunny & cool!!\
ETA: Northeast Area are Albany, Concord, Burlington, Augusta and Caribou
Atlantic Corridor Areas are Richmond, Washington, Baltimore, Atlantic City, NY, Hartford & Boston

Come on, Andrea!!! How many times have you seena thread regarding rain predictions, worried brides and then it is gorgeous. There is nothing you can do, stop looking and stop worrying!!! If it rains there is nothing you can do, the happiest couple I know, it poured on there day and I mean POURED! But we partied our asses off, we all remember the wedding not the rain, it'll be fine, go back to DIYing!

After you posted this yesterday, I have to admit I was worried, but really no one can accurately predict the exact weather for an exact date that far in advance. Plus, look at May-it says 1-4 are mostly fair skies-well I guess they didn't see last night's strong thunderstorms in their predictions or todays overcast skies!! Relax and whatever weather may come on your day-it will still be the best day of your life!
