I picked a dress... Completely stress free!

I kept thinking that finding a dress would be soooo stressful but I went to Bridal Suite in centereach on Sunday and found one in UNDER two hours... Including the time it took for her to pull dresses and get paperwork ready.

My sales girl was Aileen but everyone was super nice there. I'm kind of laid back about clothes but sometimes can of course have bad shopping days. Well this was definitely not one of those! I just made sure I had a relaxing morning and blew out my hair/did my make up so I felt good going in and ended up buying the first dress I tried on! I brought in pics of what I like but told her she could throw in some different ones if she thought they'd look nice. I tried on the first, put it aside, tried on another 15-20 and put 2 more aside, and when I tried the first on again I loved it!

Sooo much less stressful than I was anticipating!

Congratulations! Bridal Suite of Centereach was the first place I went to (I'm still going to 2 more since I have tons of time and want to make this not stressful) but so far that's definitely the place I've liked the most. I got my prom dress here about 6 years ago and they were great with alterations from what I can remember.

@holly how funny! I actually only heard of them from this board... And definitely didn't want to deal with anyone snooty or mean, so she was so perfect and sweet for me. I feel like you need that when trying on something with so much meaning

Congrats!! Dress shopping was my favorite!! I loved them there too but got my dress at Kleinfelds. I traveled from Farmingdale to centereach to.have my bm get.thier dresses there bc I liked them so much!!

Congrats!!! I love them there!!! They have been nothing but amazing there! I'm going for my 2nd fitting on the 21st and those alterations ladies work MAGIC!!! I needed a lot of work done on my dress (taking about 12inches off the bottom without loosing the lace and taking in the top and sides) and they seriously transformed the dress with me IN it!!! So far its been hassle free and nothing but a pleasure working with them!

Congrats! That is the one and only place I went too! We went for a Maggie Sottero trunk show but I fell in love with an Allure Bridal gown. Everyone there was so nice and accommodating! I can't wait to go back.
