Today is my first day smoke free and I want to rip everyones head off. I already feel bad for my hubby when he gets home from work. I hope it gets a little better tomorrow. Just needed to vent.

congrats thats great im sure that your friends and family would rather have you smoke free and mean lol for a lil while then smoking. keep up the good work you can do it

oh my goodness.. my fh and i just had a huge argument about my smoking and I have decided to quit today as well... it shall be fun between that and PMSing tonight! YAY!

Congrats! I want to quit soon too, I just dont have the motivation to do it yet. Lately, I feel disgusting when I light up that cigarette, I think its time to quit, I have been smoking for 10 years already. Hang in there, I am right behind you!

Congrats to all of you! I envy you all, I plan on quitting soon- may order that Smoke Away from TV. My friend used it and is now smoke free. Either that or hypnosis I have been a smoker for 13 years, it is SOOO hard to quit. You all are good motivation!!

Dee, you inspired me, I ordered Smoke Away-that stuff better work, its not cheap But anything that helps me quit is worth it. Thanks for the inspiration
