I really can't get over how inconsiderate people are!

Tomorrow is our RSVP date and guess what, we still have over 76 OUTSTANDING Granted most of the people are +guest or Mr. & Mrs. but still Whether you're coming or not PUT IT IN THE MAIL!!! IT HAS A STAMP!!!

I seriously will be the worst now when it comes to these people If they have an event, I'm not RSVPing!

My RSVP date was on Wednesday and I'm still missing 64.

ETS: 64 CARDS... which most likely totals to be approx 128 people.

Haha DH and I already agreed to do that. When they get married or when they throw an event, I'll be sure to be late in RSVP'ing Too bad there isn't a devil emoteicon.

Hopefully they all mail it and it get's to you within the week.

I think sometimes they think you have to mail it On the RSVP date.

My lovely neighbor who lives next door was telling me how many people never RSVP and then she had to call them. She told me she wouldn't do that to me. YADA YADA!

Next thing I know my RSVP date was Wednesday, still waiting on about 10, and her's included. I put the stamp on and she puts it in my mailbox yesterday evening. UNREAL!

i don't understand people. We only had about 15 outstanding when our RSVP date came around. Most from FH's side, so FMIL called and they all came in.

We are still waiting on 2 or 3 now. One who got married in February and knows what it's like to sit and wait for them and another that FH called today and his friend was like oh I forgot about it, when is it due? FH said 2 weeks ago!! Some people!

I'll never understand it! I'm really the last to get married so there can't be any payback from my side, darn it!

Based on this experience, I dont' think I'll ever plan a big party EVER again!

My mom has been saying this from like the week after they went out - I am like, get used to it, we're going to have a lot of late replies - but i also said, give it time! they have another month to get it to us! and she's like, 'but it has a stamp on it! put it in the mail!' she thinks when people don't rsvp right away, they are 'waiting to see if something better comes along for that day.' I disagree, i think they are either trying to get off work, or move things around in another way (kids, babysitter, etc) or they just FORGOT. A lot of people open their mail and put it on the table and then it gets covered with tons of other mail, and then they go through it weeks later - 'omg, i forgot to send the rsvp back!'

**I do it with bills sometimes, that's why i get electronic bills only now!

Your guests may not be so rude, don't worry yet I have had 90 people out of 166 reply ... i still have two weeks left ... i think that's pretty good.

it's funny that the people who haven't replied yet are some of our closest family and friends! (fh's grandparents, his brother, my best friend/cousin ... weird)

Seriously! My rsvp is Monday and we are still waiting for like 20 response cards back and they are all from FH side! So annoying! Why are people such jerks when it comes to putting an envelope in the mail. I can't wait to put them on the spot and ask them next week!!!
