when you get a manicure and then it chips/smudges an hour later....what a friggin waste of time and money

Exactly...me either...waste of money for me cause I always fk it up. Pedis yeah..manis no.

Ugh I know! Usually it's my own fault because I'm impatient and hate waiting for my nails to dry. I always think if I'm reeeeeaaaaal careful they won't smudge, but they always do! And no matter what, they chip the next day. Maybe it's because I type on LIW too much.

yeah that happened to me last week!
I was sitting at the dryer too and the lady came over and told me they were dry (which i didnt think they had enough time to be dry, but i figured that meant she wanted me to leave). Then when i carefully tried to put on my seatbelt - my right thumb smudged i was sooo mad, but it took over 2 hours for them to do my mani/pedi and i had to be somewhere that i couldnt get back in! SOOO mad!

ETA: oh, and in VA, the cheapest place for mani/pedi is $40!!!! Thats insane, i used to go to a place in westbury for $17 for mani/pedi - i would get upset if it chipped.... but not as upset as i am now!

we've been trying to convince my sister to open a nail salon in Vegas and charge NY prices... she will make a killing...
