Is it worth $3.75 each? I am so poor! I feel like no one even cares about the favor. I was seriously thing about getting something on the clearance items. Because some are $.69, and that would save me $200. I'm not trying to be cheap, I just don't think people appreciate favors. Any advice? P.S. it's coffee w/ a serving spoon. And it matches my whole theme w/red roses etc.
i agree i dont think people appreciate favors anymore like they used to.
ETA: i say this because ie: you have 200 people coming to your wedding, they are not all going to like the same thing. You can give out expensive wine for a favor and to me and FH it means nothing because we dont really drink. It will prob sit in the fridge til someone might want it, then straight to the garbage. Its like anything else - you calnt please everyone!

Re: I really love this favor but,
I was originally going to do this favor, but I couldn't find a way to order a sample to try the coffee. So, I didn't want to order 150 of them and have it turn out to be bad coffee. Unless you are able to order a sample, I'd say stay away.

Re: I really love this favor but,
what about doing just a coffee scoop instead? They are cheaper and I think they are practical. I've seen alot of them that come nicely packaged and are under $2 per favor
I think they are really cute, but I agree they may go to waste. I don't think I would use the coffee if I got it as a favor.

Re: I really love this favor but,
that is a Kate Aspen favor -- I'm pretty sure you can order samples. We also ordered samples of a few other things, but in the end decided to DIY favors that match our colors.

Re: I really love this favor but,
personally, I love it. It's practical and I think most people would use it. (or at least use the coffee).
I know theres been much favor talk lately, but I tend to lean towards the food/candy route. something sweet to bring home

Re: I really love this favor but,
I think its really hard to do favors. I like practical favors, but honestly how many people are going to use them? Probably more than if you just give some type of 'keepsake' aka dust collector.
Those are cute though. As someone else suggested maybe just the coffee scoop?

I think its a nice favor, but I personally dont think its worth the price. I would search for cheaper options. What about somethind edible?

Re: I really love this favor but,
The thing I like about those is that they have an edible component, a lasting component, and tie in with your colors.
I would try out the coffee and keep the spoon, if I was one of your guests. Better than some other favors that just take up space (I keep those too, but they end up being clutter)
Edit: $3.75 is kind of pricey though

I found my favors 2 dollars cheaper than I originally found them for.
at icestandard.org they go down to $3.00 if you order more than 96 of them

Re: I really love this favor but,
personally, i dont think favors are worth the money AT ALL.
whenever i come home from a wedding i toss the frame, candle, flower pot, coasters in the trash (or try to give them away) because i know i'll never use them.
I think the best favors are donations, or ones that are edible, since those are the ones people seem to 'use' the most
