Re: I rode a vintage train
kow, I wasn't prepard for pics. I was just waiting for the shuttle & I was confused. I thik it wans't till I got off that I relaized it must be for the centennial. It had all vintage ads in it, liek ofr savings bonds & such, the seats has padding like a bus, the best part was the OLD subway map I was standing next to. It had the 3 avenue line on it. And the windows looked like regular windows.

They were only having the vintage train out yesterday for the 100 years celebration. I took it going to work and coming home and it was AMAZING! I rode the car in the AM where the seats were rattan-like material. It just blows my mind how far along the subway system has come.
