I went to David's Bridal with my mom and sister today, planning on ordering the dress I've had my heart set on. My sister, however, pointed out that she'd really like me to try on one of the Vera Wang dresses they have. I'd been eyeing this dress awhile, and they JUST started making it in extended sizes. Needless to say, my mind changed the minute I put it on. The stars were aligned...Bruno Mars' song 'Marry You' was on, and I surprisingly got approved for the David's Bridal credit card and could afford to pay for the entire dress on the spot. I'm absolutely in love, and can say '...and the bride wore Vera Wang'.

They aren't cheap anywhere.....the one I fell in love with is $650!! But I thought maybe Davids would be cheaper.....
You are very lucky to have a cousin that can do that.....

I will be different from the one at David's, but I'll still love it. I've seen some very affordable ones on eBay!

The dress looks gorgeous on you! I've seen pictures of the dress on their site but couldn't really get a sense of how the skirt would sit. You look beautiful! Congratulations.
