We were in central park - and there was a couple getting married my a minister at dusk by strawberry Fields. Just them, and 2 couples. It was a long ceremony - but soooo beautiful - so intimate, so much love! They then handed each other roses, exchanged their vows, and kissed each other.
Ladies - it made me think - its not about the big party at all - its about marrying the one you love. They had some rose petals scattered around them - he was in a suit - she was in a simple dress and lokoed beautiful.
It made me really stop and think that their wedding may be the most perfect wedding anyone can have. No stress, no debt - just love and togetherness, and the joy of having the wedding that they always wanted!
I have to say it was by far the most beautiful thing I have ever seen... They looked so happy, and so in love!
Tears rolled down my eyes as a I watched - from afar, of course - after all - it was their special day!

this is a great post and made my day! We are only have a max of 24 guests and to some they think they miss hear us when we tell them that....to others who they think that's great and really captures the meaning of the event!
It really is about the 2 getting married!!!!
