I screwed up and I need to confess (cheated)

If i hide it, then I will do it in the future, because I won't care as much

Last night I went to applebees, and instead of ordering the ww food that I went there for.. I got the worst thing on the menu

A BACON CHEESEBURGER AND FRIES
I got a diet coke wipty doo dah day

uggh.. I feel like a big greese ball, so i went on www.dwlz.com to look up the points and it says 19 point for just a regular burger, so I used all my flex points.

WILL I BE OK??

I've lost 8.2 pounds so far, and i don't want to stop

Just needed to vent.. thanks girls

Yes you will be ok. When I first started WW I was good all week and then messed up a little on the weekend and I was worried too but it ended up not hurting me at all. They actually told me that a little cheating every now and then is ok and oddly enough your body sometimes needs it...LOL So your fine, as long as you don't over do it.

I was on WW and lost the weight I wanted and after that I just blew it, I have been eating non stop whatever I want thinking it won't hurt because I already reached my weight goal but now I have to go back on because I put the weight I lost back on and I am going away on a cruise in a month. So you see a little cheating like you did is ok, what I did was inexcusable....

Good for you on loosing 8.2 pounds and keep up the good work.

Today is a new day, you girls are right

I just went to the gym and did 35 minutes on the eliptical, so I feel a little bit better,
I should of stayed on it for an hour, but I DON'T THINK THATS POSSIBLE..

well, thanks girls.. I started a new day, and hopefully my huge mistake won't show up on the scale

and you know what the burger was gross but I ate the whole thing except the onion in like 5 minutes.. and gave a little square that fell off to my dog.. PIG!!!!!!!

Nah, once I ate an entire pint of Ben and Jerry's Cookie Dough Ice Cream in one sitting (28 points).

I still lost weight that week.

BTW, Cheating is a bad word. To people not on diets, they don't think of it in that way.

You DID NOT CHEAT. You ate too much. You are not a bad person for eating more than you ought to.

KEEP GOING! You're doing great!

I also overate. My FH and I ate almost 2 containers of Turkey Hill ice cream (my 2 favorite flavors, Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough, and Gahram Caynon). Then later on, I had some low carb mint, which made me sick the whole night. I feel so guilty afterward, but all week long it eat so light, and when the weekend comes, I tend to go overboard.
