There is no way that house can have three bedrooms and a eat in kitchen. Could it be a side house or something......it seems way too small....unless there is a bedroom or two in the basement.....

That house was a lot samller a year ago, and sagging all over. It was on the market for like 450,000 or something. The property is soooooo narrow. It was sold, and the new owner fixed it up to resell it.

I don't think the actual house is built yet!! It says at the bottom of the listing, Everything Will Be Completed. Driveway Will Be Black Topped.

What the???? Is that a dog house?! Half a mil for that teeny thing? Here in Virginia there's this little take-out place called the Mighty Midget Kitchen. I think it's bigger than this house is!
