I still never received the email from the HR dude I waited 36 minutes on hold for!!!!

I also sent an email to the HR generalist at my old location and no response. Nice, huh???

This is holding up me signing my severance document. I'm so happy no one cares if I get my $$$$$

Dear HR Guy,

Please send me my form so that I can collect the money that a cold, heartless company owes me. Don't make me call again because I would rather eat broken glass than listen to the faux-jazz you've got on your recording.

Now please do the bare minimum of what your job requires or I will track you down and beat you about the head and shoulders with a pillowcase full of doorknobs.

you know what though? as an HR person, I can tell you right now...we are damned if we do and damned if we don't. If they didn't put together the WW groups, people would complain that they are not doing enough for employee morale and motivation. But if we do send out stuff like that, it gets made fun of. This is why I am SO ready to quit working in HR.

Oh, I was just kidding. Just ironic since I was sitting at my desk eating chocolate I know they try--we actually have a huge program of helpful classes, etc. And since I am a state employee they aren't burdened with any lay-offs

Or was it just the fact that @sshat (shout out to my peep MonkeyLuv) surfer dude who I spoke to this moring emailed the form to an address not so close to the one I SPELLED out for him ...
