good luck. I'd want to do it through email too. Though with email you do have confirmation so it might not be a bad way to go.

the other frustrating thing, I can't meet with the replacement until Martin Luther King Day...ugh I hate waiting!!! So dreading this!
Maybe I should just find out if I can get my deposit back before totally cancelling? UGH!!!

Def find out if you can get your deposit back first. Otherwise you might go through a lot of work for nothing!!

I guess I could ask him, but he is more than fine with sticking with our original vendor- he just doesn't see the difference. I've been the one with the relationship with the vendor, so....

Sorry to hear that your dream vendor was booked so you had to 'settle' and book with another vendor. Did the first vendor get back to you yet to tell you if they have the date available?
Bill and I went through this too......with our photographer. Our first choice was not available, so we settled with the one we picked. I have been stressing out about it ever since, so I TOTALLY know how you're feeling......
Please keep us updated!!! I have my fingers crossed that whatever happens, in the end you'll be happy with your decision!!

To cancel write an email and give them a follow-up call.....but don't settle you wil lbe upset if that venodr does nto work out on your day knowing you had doubts.
