I swung by our reception hall Carlyle on the Green yesterday..

And everytime I go, I fall more and more in love with the place! My stepmother had never seen the Carlyle, so she's been begging recently and I thought I would show her. I went to see how the hall looked in the summer time, and how the ballroom looked all set up. All I have to say is WOW! This wedding they were having last night was out of control! The flowers.... I would say her budget had to be over 6K! THere were orchids everywhere... gardenia's at every place setting... each window had a hydrangea wreath on it....the chandelier (sp?!) was even decorated with greenery and hanging pearl strands. Amazing... a little much, but I still have to give the bride props. THe CP's were beautiful also... Heres a few pics, I just had to post them!

Excited is definitely an understatement. FH golfs there regularly and he finds himself peeking in everytime he is there!

It is beautiful! I went to a wedding at the Carlyle on 6/18 and had a great time. The food was amazing, especially the Mahi!

You are such a Carlyle stalker, just like me!! LOL. Great pics, I love the wreaths in the windows.

What do you think about the chair covers? I personally don't think you need them, their chairs are nice. I don't plan on covering them up.
