FH stopped by my job today with a pink rose. He didn't say anything, just gave me a kiss, a smile, and the card. The card simply said, 'You are so beautiful...dinner tonight is all me. Pick you up at 6!'
Best part: it was for NO REASON AT ALL!!!
LOVE that silly FH.
He totally earned a 'get out of jail free' card for any future screwups.

Thats great! I keep a 'mental Rolodex' for those times when he screws up. I also let him do his silly liitle football and manly man things because when I want or need something, he can't say NO!

Thats awesome. One time my FH forgot to buy me a birthday card. When he remembered, it was too late!! He went into the bathroom while I was waiting in his room and drew my a birthday card with a guy & a girl holding hands. Sure it was a lousy drawing but how can I resist??? It was the most adorable thing!!!

awww - that is SO sweet. FH still doesn't really understand the notion of flowers or special dinners on days that aren't occasions (he has a hard enough time with doing that on the actual occasion )

FI & I had 'date night' last night since we haven't really seen each other in a week because of him working nights. He was supposed to work last night but he called in sick just to spend the night with me.
