I think I actually made a decision!

Just got back from Paradise (Hi Kedra and Laura!) and I think I actually made a decision on these bridesmaid dresses.

The manufacturer ended up sending 4 different samples based on the original one that I liked that was strapless:

Unfortunately 3 of the samples are only in stores and not online so I don't have pics.

They sent one that was exactly the same as above but one shoulder. I liked it but FH's mom may be wearing a one shoulder dress and I don't want everything to be too matchy.

They also sent one that I absolutely adored but wouldn't be flattering on my girls. It was similar to the above but a bit more of a sheath. It had a sweetheart neckline and thick straps. I LOVED the top, but wasn't crazy about the bottom.

The next one was strapless but with a slightly different top. It wasn't cut the same on the bottom.

The final one was the one that I had requested:

I thought for sure this would be it, but when we tried it on the top was cut verrrrry low and the strapless actually offered more coverage. The bottom wasn't cut exactly like the top one either so instead of risking it we decided to go with.....

the original dress. The strapless with the bottom that I love. I'm just going to tell the girls that they can add removable spaghetti straps for the reception if they choose.

Whew. That was tough!!

According to the website they are on Pond Road. I don't know if it's just a warehouse or if you can actually walk in, but I emailed them and they sent the dress samples to Paradise pretty quickly.

Ha ha! My mom was the same way! She does not like taffeta one bit and I was telling her, 'Just picture it with the satin.' She couldn't picture it though so we moved on to the next one.

The green shoulder one shoulder one was close to being my favorite!

I think the BM dresses are the most confusing part of this whole wedding planning thing!

Ummmmmmmm yup it was right around that time!!! The funny thing is when I saw you I thought to myself 'I wonder if this girl is on LIWeddings!'

Yup! You might have to ask for it because they said when I was trying them on that they couldn't put them out on display. I'm not sure if they are sending them back or if they still have to sew 'sample' into them or something.
