my friend and I bought groupons for 'Stacy's Bootcamp'. Its 6 sessions (3 days a week for 2 weeks). Its in Central park from 5:30 am to 6:30 am.
soo today was my first session and i am already in major pain!! I am not a runner and all we did was running.....suicides up and down a friggin big hill!!!!
i was proud of myself though bc i didn't stop even though i felt like i was gonna vomit

amazing!!!! I did a similar bootcamp in battery park in the fall - 3 days a week at 5:30am. The first day I felt sick immediately after but later on already noticed how great I felt - the endorphines and adrenaline run alllll day! and in even 2 classes I saw a difference! keep at it and good for you!!!

haha yeah i am so not a morning person so i was so nervous i wouldnt be able to wake up.
