I think I am getting my self set up for a disappointment...UPDATED

So, by no fault of my own I know when my shower is....tomorrow....I've known for a couple of weeks.

That's not the concern...see my mom lives in Illinois and asked whem my shower here would be. At the time, I didn't know and she said she'd call my MOHs. She was asking b/c there was a deal on airfare $39 each way!

But I am IMing w/ my mom know and I am feeling that she is not here, but s as home, therefore won't be at my shower tomorrow. Was so hoping she would be...this planning has been SOOOOOO rough w/o her here.

I will ahve a great time either way, just wished she could have been here.

UDATE!!!!!

SHE WAS THERE!!! OMG!! I walked into the room and was looking at who was there...and when I saw my mom I started crying!!! OMG!!! I was so overwhelmed!!! The shower was GREAT! I got awesome gifts. Don't have any pics yet, but will post pics and more on the shower when I get pics!! Thanks for your support!!

don't think like that yet, maybe this was all planned so you will be soo surprised Think positively b/c everything may work out, maybe your shower isnt really tomorrow or maybe your moms really here and just doing a great job of convinving you otherwise. The planning is hard and I'm sorry you havent had your mom around to help

I hope that your MOH and mom were able to coordinate it -- maybe her flight's not til late tonight or she's here already and you just don't know it... .moms are good with surprises like that :) either way, your shower will be wonderful i am sure

I am crossing my fingers for you! My mom flew in to surprise me and came in around 8pm.

my mom wasnt at my shower either... she got sick and endedup not flying up from Fla... and they planned the whole shower around her...
