I think I finally found the BM dresses...

what do you girls think? I like it in autum gold or possibly olive (the color swatches on the site are nothing like the colors in person)

It was GORGEOUS... the material is fabulous, the colors it comes in are AMAZING. I found it at the commack wedding center. they had it in navy blue, bbut brought other JH dresses out in the other colors I liked so I could see how it looked on.

Where did you find your bridesmaids dresses? The time is slowly approaching for me to round up my girls and take them to look at dresses.

Can anyone suggest a few places?

a lot of girls on here like RK bridal in the city, commack wedding center is good, they have lots of dresses (the staff isn't super attentive, but they will let you try on everything), i heard good things about Bridal Elegance in Dix Hills and Wedding World also in commack

The commack wedding center discounts a lot, cheaper than any other place (i kind of liked another dress before this and called 10 places and tcw was the cheapest, by far). I think this dress was listed there for 198 - all the ones we tried varied from that up to about 250.

actually, it was more flattering than we anticipated... the bust enhances for small boobs (most of them are small up top) the empire wait cuts a nice waist line and creates a long body -- i was shocked! lol
