Just had to share! I went to Vera Wang on Thursday last week and found a dress that I love! I feel like it works well with my dress and will hopefully be flattering on everyone. On the off chance that some of the girls don't like it, I am thinking of letting them mix it with the second dress.
The hard part is I really want a few more of the BM to be able to try them on and VW is super hard to get an appointment with and has awful hours. (Not open late or Sundays!)
The fabric is bobbinette over lame. The color will be fog - which looks like a dark blue (like blueberries kind of!).
I had been putting off choosing colors so am very excited to have a few more things nailed down.
Very Nice !!! You can also order VW dresses from some Fine Bridal Boutiques. I like the second one as well.

I love the second one!!! My girls tried it on and liked it, but went with a slightly different style. But I kind of wish they had picked that one.

I think they're both beautiful. Although if any of your girls have a long torso, the second one won't work as well on them. Just a tip from someone who can't wear gowns like that

I love the first one!! I think it looks more like a BM dress then the second, the second in that color shown can almost be a Bridal dress...

The second one is the dress that my bridesmaids are going to wear in parfait (pink). What I like about the bobinette is that it seems to hide wrinkles really well - and its light and airy too.
I know what you mean about the store having horrible hours -- I had the same problem. But I did find that they had the best customer service around and so far its been really great working with them.

we are getting vera wang BM dresses too..... my BM tried on the second one but the material really just didn't do any good for the dress you have to see it on.... she makes beautiful dresses
that material is very difficult....

Thank you! It was a long search. They are on the high end for price but the maids decided they really wanted something they could possibly re-wear.
