Not because of problems between FH and I, but because of his parents. I thought this was supposed to be 'our' day and it is far from that. So many bad things have been going on and neither one of us feel it in our heart to go through this our special day. Apparently, we are been selfish because of what we want for 'our' wedding. Have you ever heard of such a thing. We're also paying for this wedding ourselves. The nerve of people. FH's step dad does not want FH to see his mom until the day of our wedding, which is 6/18. He thinks it's best like that. To us, that's the most dumbest advice you could give someone. So we should hold everything in and act phony to each other and possible risk having a brawl on our special day. They are so wrong with this. FH is going to try to make peace between them for my sake, but I honestly don't see them budging. Sorry so long, but I'm a complete wreck now.

I'm so sorry you're going through this so close to your day...heck...even if it was 100 years...it shouldn't be happening! I hope and pray all goes well with everything.

I'm so soryr you're going through this...but it sounds like FH is trying to work it out. Cna you parents help you handle this situation? Maybe next time they complain or make a demand you could say somehting like I knnow some of our decisions are not to your liking...but we're happy with it...and i hope in spite of our decisions you'll be able to come and have a good time.
I agree with those who said don't let them get to you..and certainly do not let them know it bothers you.

You need to sit FH down and speak with him and let him know that on 6-18-05 YOU are going to marry the man of your dreams and NOTHING is going to ruin that..NOT EVEN his parents.
If his parents want to be puss faces the day of your wedding,,let em..and you kow what..make sure you inform the photographer of what is going on and dont let him take to many shots of his parents...
THEY are the ones losing out on this special time,,,NOT you and FH..
