Yup I called, they said they'll talk to the owners. Called me back and said sorry you promised us this amount we can't do anything, and then gave me my total amount due. I'm so annoyed right now. in your OP you said you were hoping the RH won't make you PAY for the 10...is this what you asked for from the manager? Did you try getting some extras thrown in instead? kind of like a compromise?

He didn't give me a chance to, he literally said we can't do anything, here's your total balance. I huffed and then hung up the phone.
