And definitely ask your RH to throw in things that would compensate for the 10 people you are under, like an extra station, or wine on the tables or something like that if they are going to charge you!

Yup I called, they said they'll talk to the owners. Called me back and said sorry you promised us this amount we can't do anything, and then gave me my total amount due. I'm so annoyed right now. Because I was an idiot when we signed the contract and didn't know we can negotiate, we never even negotiated anything with them. UGH. So over it.

in your OP you said you were hoping the RH won't make you PAY for the 10...is this what you asked for from the manager? Did you try getting some extras thrown in instead? kind of like a compromise?
