i think i scared them.

so i haul it over to CVS before work to stock up on my 'lady things' (as my DH calls them) i am cramping, it hurts to walk, i am nauseas and totally p!ssed @ the city of new york and their alternate side parking cause if not for them i would have called in sick and stayed in bed.

i go to the register and pull from my basket the 2 boxes of tampax - super & regular - the giant always overnight longs w/ wings - 2 different kinds of panty liners, thermacare menstrual heating pads, and playtex wipes - only 2 notice the 2 adoreable construction workers online behind me who now think there is a massacre happening in my pants.

i have found the new way to scare off men. at least the cashier cared enough to double bag for me.

yes every month - i would die w/o them. i use the thermacares for when i am out of the house - and usually sleep with an electric heating pad @ night.

OMG-I seriously can't take you. This story almost made me wet myself right here at my desk & with the sh!t morning i am having already i needed a good laugh. These stories are why i love you. 'Lady things' and 'massacre' all in the same story...love it.

OMG Trish- I LOVE your tactic there!!!! Brilliant! Although you might want to be selective on who you scare off. Hot construction guys are so my type, but definately not before a gorgeous NYPD fireman. I wouldn't want to scare off one of those hot individuals.

Sorry your going through hell every month with your unwanted houseguest causing a massacre in your pants. Although hysterical, I totally feel for you.
