I think the universe is against saving money for the wedding

My last day of work (and last paycheck) was last friday. First my laptop died last week and FH and I had to lay out money for a new one.
Then this morning, I am driving on Sunrise, go to switch lanes and hit something in the road.
One of my only few month old tires is ruined, so now I get to spend money to buy a new one. Thank goodness for FH and credit cards.

It always works out that way! whenever you need the money the most! crazy things always happen to make you spend more!!
sorry bout the tire!! that *****!
my 1 month old car was hit while i was parked at my friends house! had to shell out a $500 deductible for something that i had nothing to do with!

Ugh I feel your pain!

One month before the wedding I got into a HORRIBLE accident. I shelled out 800 bucks for a deductible and 750 for a rent a car. It ****** sooo bad.

So Sorry all this is happening...

just this week our tree fell on our neighbors garage, our a/c stopped working and the fan is either on full blast or off....

Sorry to hear that, we went through the same thing not too long ago on our way back from my parent's place in Princeton, NJ. All four tires were changed, somehow they popped so all of them had to be replaced. We were driving back to NY, a deer ran into us in the middle of the night on the highway and wrecked the car, it got damaged really bad. Our insurance covered most of it. We wasted $600-700 for the new tires and on top of getting a new car that we have to make payments on all over again. Just be careful with the credit cards, it's easy to stack up in bills but it's not free money. I just looked through some of my bills last month. The interest rates for these companies are off the roof!
