I thought I bought a good gift...

FH wanted a dressier watch so I bought FH this watch for a wedding gift and now my coworkers are telling me it is not really a dress watch. I was so excited but now I am second guessing. Opinions please

I think it's BEAUTIFUL and also a pretty dressy watch! I don't know much about watches but I think that would look pretty appropriate with a suit or a tux.

Believe it or not...leather bands are considered to be dressier. The silver band makes it a little more sporty. My fiance is a fancy watch person with a rolex and a cartier. He changes to the leather band for formal occasions. Is that an option?

umm i think its perfect! you know your FH better than any co-workers! so as long as he lieks it thats all that matters! and i think he will cuz its really really nice!

I think it's pretty dressy!! And I agree you know FH much better then anyone else. What is dress for him might not be for others. know what I mean? I like it a lot

That is a really nice watch!!! Why would your coworkers say that? It looks really dressy to me. I think you shouldn't listen to them and listen to us girls here, we know best

That is an AMAZING watch!! It looks TOTALLY dressy!! It is very classy and elegant, and will look great with a suit or tux.

Thanks everyone. I reallly like the watch and I am pretty sure that FH will to. People just had me second guessing myself.

I agree with the leather band being dressy unfortunately FH does not enjoy wearing a leather band. Thank you for the suggestion.

I bought it in the Broadway mall at Zales. I got a great deal on. The salesman took over $170 off of the cost.

With the diamond bezel it is definitely a dress watch. It's beautiful, the nice thing is he can dress it up and wear it with a suit or he can wear it more casual with jeans and a shirt when you go out for drinks, etc. Don't listen to your coworker, FH will love it!
